Hello there! I am in my early twenties and I have always loved languages and experiencing other cultures. I have worked as an English teacher/tutor for almost 5 years now and enjoy teaching kids the language! I also enjoy sharing my view as an American with people who will share their points of view with me no matter where they are from! I also enjoy being a helping hand and making people's lives easier and if that means watching the kids or cleaning up around the house a bit I am more than happy to help! In my free time, I enjoy watching films and many TV shows. I enjoy being outside very much and like to swim and hike as much as I can. I am an archer so practice in my free time if the weather is nice. I love to cook and bake whenever I see a recipe I want to try. I love to read and write when I am feeling very calm but when I am with a few friends or even many, I like to play board games or maybe even sing karaoke! I am not a good singer at all but nobody said karaoke has to be good haha. I like going on picnics and enjoying nice days. I have recently started star gazing at night time and can usually identify celestial objects!
I love mining for gemstones and archery is one of my favorite pass times.
Plants are my favorite living things only second to my dogs and I have a succulent named hope.
I study languages at university (French, Italian, Spanish).
I'm a writer and I do everything from poems and journaling to writing stories.
I love cooking and I only dislike bananas, papaya, and octopus.
I've traveled Europe a couple of times and fell in love with travel. I've also been to Mexico and a couple of states.
I have always loved meeting and experiencing new people and places as well as forming relationships with those who I am able to help. I think being an au pair would allow me to improve a family's life by taking care of their children and helping them learn a new language. I also think having an extended period of time outside of my country would allow me to grow as a person and decide if living abroad is something I would enjoy.
