Nanny / Au Pair Job: Family Profile

We are a family from Singapore (German husband, Chinese wife) with an active 7 year old boy. We are looking for an au-pair who can spend later afternoons and early evenings with our son as well as some time on the weekends. He is in school full-time and comes back home at 4pm. The au-pair should be comfortable playing games, soccer, going swimming and to playgrounds with a boy of this age group. We live in a large and comfortable house and the au-pair has his/her own room. We are looking for some who is motivated and has nice ideas how to play with a 7 year old and is willing to explore and thrive in a new environment. The au-pair should be a self-started and be inventive and creative.
We are quite busy at work, but are very engaged with the child on the weekends and during holidays. We are an open and tolerant family and we respect other people's customs and ideas and expect the same from them.
